Typical Executed Projects
BRAVO supported Acasus (Switzerland based consulting firm) to launch a complex and time-sensitive project in Somalia with Government and major donors. Our support to hiring, contracting and paying field-teams were instrumental to the project's success. BRAVO hired and paid more than 50 enumerators who mapped over 300 health facilities across five regions.
BRAVO had conducted restructuring needs assessment for Hasco which is a well-known multi-industry company in Somalia. The four-month engagement led the company to discover lots of financial losses, low morale among its clients and got a full recommendation report for the company to move forward
BRAVO helped the hospital manage changes in the staff routines, operation streamlining and strong social media presence. We developed accountability documents for the HR and operations departments and gave the team extensive training on patient care, operations and HR.
Hormuud Telecom is Somalia's biggest telecom company with over 3 million subscribers. Hormuud chose BRAVO to train their departments to up-skill the staff and improve customer service delivery.
Over 100 employees have benefited months-long needs assessment and training assignment which led to a dramatic improvement in the staff skills and routine improvements
Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Federal Government of Somalia reached out to BRAVO to facilitate a federal level youth conference on peace and security.
The conference was attended by all the federal member states DGs and other authorities from FGS. BRAVO managed the two day conference and developed all the training materials for the youth
